  • We will need the 'User ID' number and your 'Password'. Your ID will always remain the same, but the password will change every time to ensure your privacy.
  • We will now have control of your computer.

 

Once we have completed the work all you need to do is close the software and you have your computer back. We are unable to log back in again unless you tell us the password which changes every time.

 

Remote Assistance needs an Internet connection to work. It's ideal for installing software, cleaning your system, even virus removal.
