Virus removal - we will remove ANY virus for a flat rate of $88. If any Windows files are corrupted and need repairing or replacing the cost can rise to $160; but no more.

 

Format (complete data loss) and reinstall Windows from a disc you own $120. This includes installing all relevant Service Packs, Flash, Java and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you need your personal files, photos, music and emails backing up and putting back onto your new install we charge $160.

 

Charges:

  • $88 for any problem we fix in less than 1 hour.
  • $160 if we need to lock ourselves in a room and refuse food and sleep for as long as it takes. Any parts required will obviously be in addition to the labour charge.
