This is the most powerful section of Univision Australia. The aim of our VIP Area is to help, teach and guide people who are not confident in using a computer.
Originally created for senior citizens, we have since opened our doors to anyone and everyone who would like to be able to do more with their computer but don't really know where to start. Read the Full Details.
The VIP Area is not meant to be advanced training, more a broad look at addressing your personal specific needs. We don’t tell you what to learn…you tell us what you want to learn!
Example. You ask us a question: ‘Can I save the paper clip thing in my emails?’ We make a short video that shows you how to do it. Here’s the answer to that particular question Save Attachments
We don’t just stop there. We also offer the following to our VIPs:
- Half price RemoteAssist
- Guide books. Easy to read, non-technical explanations of different computer related topics
- A growing list of free programs that are either amusing or helpful
- An alarmingly fast growing list of scams to help you avoid the rip-off merchants
- Tips and Tricks. We list those little things that make you go “Ooh. I didn’t know that”
- All the video answers from everyone are kept so you can browse through them. You may well find an answer to a question you never even thought of asking!
Your computer is a mixture of tool and toy; they are wonderful machines providing an endless source of things to do. Don’t let yours be a machine you dread using, take control of it and you will achieve more, and open up a whole new world of interesting possibilities.
